Jaap Amesz, who won the bullying show De Gouden Kooi fourteen years ago as Terror Jaap, would really like to participate in De Gouden Kooi. “Yes, I would.”
It was a huge victory for Jaap Amesz: in 2007, as Terror Jaap, he won the extreme reality show De Gouden Kooi, in which candidates more or less had to bully each other. He won a million euros, but he lost that deception largely because of the bankruptcy of DSB Bank. We don’t hear much from him now.
Jack often says no
Jaap turns down many TV offers. “I’ve been asked for a lot of TV games, but I’ve said no to everything. That doesn’t make me happy. I don’t have to participate in Your Wife, My Wife,” he says in conversation with the Story.
He continues: “They also wanted to fly me to Argentina to go over an obstacle course in RTL series Wipeout. When I asked about the insurance if I broke my leg, I never heard from that editor again.”
Well in Robinson
What does Jaap like? “What I would like is Expedition Robinson. I would. Then I have a goal. I would then starve the rest of the people. I get the best out of that, because I have more mass. I find that humorous.”
Finally, Jaap hints at a book or documentary. “I will announce it when the time comes. Otherwise I will get all kinds of questions again and I won’t meet my deadline. There will be things in my next initiative that no one knew about.”
