Teresa (54) dies after having to wait almost 17 (!) hours for an ambulance: husband Matthew testifies

“She was my best friend, my soul mate.” That says Matthew Simpson, a 47-year-old Briton who lost his wife Teresa (54) in November after they had to wait 16 hours and 45 minutes for an ambulance. The Hull man wants everyone to know how his wife was left to fend for herself and how bad it is with the British NHS health service.
