Tennis year comes to an early end for Jesper de Jong

The tennis year is over for Jesper de Jong. The 23-year-old Hoofddorper is struggling with an injury and will therefore have to miss the remainder of the season. The number 145 in the world has been experiencing problems with his forearm for some time.

Two more tournaments were planned for De Jong this calendar year. He had to cancel both of those. “Now it’s time for a holiday and to recharge myself for an even better 2024,” De Jong writes on social media.

De Jong is having his best year ever. In August he won the challenger tournament in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland.
