Tennis star Swiatek convincingly to Roland Garros final
Iga Swiatek has convincingly reached the final of Roland Garros. The Polish tennis star, the number 1 in the world, dealt with Russian Daria Kasatkina in the semifinals of the grand slam tournament in Paris in more than an hour. She awarded her opponent 3 games: 6-2 6-1.
Swiatek recorded her 34th win in a row and showed an almost flawless game on the clay court of the Court Philippe-Chatrier. She is in the final of Roland Garros for the second time. In 2020 she won the tournament.
Her opponent in the final comes from the duel between the American Cori Gauff and the Italian Martina Trevisan. The final is Saturday.
