Tennis players against France in Billie Jean King Cup play-offs
The Dutch tennis players will face France in the play-offs of the Billie Jean King Cup in November. On 11 and 12 November, the team of captain Elise Tamaëla will play in their own country against the winner of the 2019 national tournament. The stakes in the play-off are participation in the qualifying round next year, where teams can qualify for the Finals of the Billie Jean King Cup.
The Dutch tennis players missed that final round, which is in Glasgow in November, due to a hopeless defeat (0-4) against Spain in April.
