Ten people have been shot and killed at a subway station in New York’s Brooklyn borough. Travelers lay bleeding on the platform. There are “no active explosives at this time,” the New York Police Department (NYPD) said. Earlier reports reported that undetonated explosives had been found. Emergency services are on site and train traffic has been halted.
