Ten people are stuck for half an hour in the new Bellewaerde attraction

The breakdown occurred around 8:15 p.m. Saturday evening. The amusement park was already closed from 6 pm, but there was still a private late evening opening for a French postal company. A dozen people took place in the ‘Hampi’, which has only been there since April 1. This brand new attraction is a swinging and tumbling attraction where you are catapulted into the air in gondolas up to eight meters high. When the occupants got stuck, it seemed for a while that the fire brigade would have to evacuate them, but in the end the fire brigade did not have to come to the scene.

Power failure

Due to a technical effect, a power failure had occurred in the attraction in the evening. In total, ten people were trapped in the attraction, all of them adults. The person who came out last was stuck for about half an hour.
