Telstar hopes to strengthen with an attacker from AEK Athens. “Those negotiations are ongoing. He is already fully involved in the first team there, but he really wants to show himself in the Netherlands. He would like that at Telstar,” said trainer Mike Snoei.
Snoei does not want to name a name yet, but it would be Theodosis Macheras. Telstar has been working with the Greek attacker for some time, but is still in the waiting room for the time being.

The name of attacker Terell Ondaan is also mentioned in Velsen-Zuid. Ondaan has already played for two periods at Telstar and Snoei is still in frequent contact with the footballer. “Certainly an interesting option, but we have to look at the possibilities. We have to be very careful with our budget,” says Snoei.
