Teenager (18) raped unnoticed for hours on subway platform in Munich, 20-year-old suspect arrested | Abroad

The German city of Munich has been shaken by a terrible act. On a metro platform, an 18-year-old boy was raped for hours on Saturday night. Surveillance cameras recorded the heinous act. The police were able to arrest the 20-year-old Afghan suspect the next day.

According to the police, the victim is a language student from Poland who had been partying all night. When he left for home, he was so drunk that he lay down on a platform of the Max-Weber-Platz metro station to sleep.

Around 1 a.m., a 20-year-old man took advantage of the situation and assaulted the student. According to the police, the perpetrator “performed sexual acts on him” for several hours. The sexual abuse would have lasted five hours.

Theft

Only in the early morning did the perpetrator let go of his victim and stole his mobile phone. The man ran away – his disgusting act was captured by surveillance cameras. According to ‘t-online’, no one intervened during the hours of abuse.

The 18-year-old Polish boy then went home alone. The next day he lodged a complaint with the police. Thanks to the localization of the mobile phone signal, the police officers were able to determine the whereabouts of the alleged perpetrator and arrest him.

The suspect is a 20-year-old Afghan living in Munich, Bild reports. He is now in custody. Investigators, meanwhile, are continuing their investigation. The officers also want to clarify why the rape went undetected for hours. Guards were even patrolling the area at the time, but it’s unclear if they saw anything.
