The police arrested a 16-year-old boy from Gilze on Sunday evening, who tried to sell a stolen computer. It was taken at the end of April during a burglary at a company on Burgemeester Brokxlaan in Tilburg.
An employee of that company saw on Sunday how a computer was offered for sale on the internet, which looked very much like the stolen copy. He called the police and decided to make an appointment with the seller.
Together with a few plainclothes officers, they went to the seller’s address around eight o’clock on Sunday evening. It turned out to be a 16-year-old boy. When it was clear that it was indeed the stolen computer, the teenager was arrested and taken away for further investigation.
