FRANKFURT (Dow Jones)–The software provider Teamviewer has extended the contract with its CEO Oliver Steil by five years. The supervisory board decided on Wednesday to appoint Steil as chairman and CEO of the company for a third term until October 2028, the company announced. He has been in office since January 2018, the previous contract originally ran until October 2024. With the early contract extension, Steil can fully focus on the further development and implementation of Teamwiewer’s growth strategy.
