Teachers no longer have to prove that a B or C certificate is justified. Parents and students will have to prove that it is wrong. And if there is a legal difference, the Flemish government will pay the costs from now on, not the school itself. For example, Flemish Minister of Education Ben Weyts (N-VA) is trying to tackle the legalization of education.
