From May 24th, a teacher will be before the Frankfurt (Oder) Regional Court for allegations of sexual abuse.
According to the public prosecutor’s office, there are a total of 29 acts and one physical injury between August 2018 and March 2022.
► The teacher is said to have pulled elementary school students onto his lap in some cases and stroked the chest, back and stomach under the T-shirt on several occasions.
► He also touched one of the students in the teacher’s changing room in the intimate area and grabbed several students’ buttocks during physical education class.
► During the lesson, the man is said to have grabbed a student so hard in the neck that he was in pain.
A provisional professional ban was imposed on the teacher. The district court scheduled a total of eight days of hearings.
