Singer-songwriter Taylor Swift, 33, and frontman of The 1975 Matty Healy34, have divorced, many media reported. TMZ website announced the news first, but the reason for the end of the instant romance is not yet known. The website says that it received the information from a friend close to the duo.

Swift’s breakup with actor Joe Alwyn was reported in April. The couple managed to stay together for six years. It wasn’t long before Swift was rumored to be dating Healy. In May, Healy was seen at several of Swift’s concerts, and they were spotted together on several occasions in New York. Healy was also seen visiting Swift’s apartment in the city, and the musician also hung out with Swift’s father at the pop star’s gig.
Swift and Healy’s romance also sparked outrage among Swift’s fans. Healy has been involved in various scandals over the years, the most recent of which was with rapper Ice Spice. Healy was a guest on the podcast where he joked with the hosts about Ice Spice’s ethnicity. It was made especially embarrassing by the fact that Swift later released a joint song with Ice Spice.
Swift and Healy have known each other for a long time, although the romance started recently. They met in 2014 when Swift went to see The 1975 perform. Dating rumors were already spreading around the two on social media at the time, but Healy shot them down right away.
