Taylor Swift sued for $1 million for plagiarism | Stars

La Dart filed a complaint in federal court in Tennessee on Aug. 23. According to the author, someone from Swift’s team copied her book. According to La Dart, the color scheme and style of the image are too similar. Swift and her team have yet to comment on the matter.

The singer is currently involved in another plagiarism case, which concerns her song Shake It Off. Sean Hall and Nathan Butler claim that the singer used lines from their 2001 tune in the song Playas Gon’ Play. Swift strongly denies those allegations.
