For the president of Brescia – present at the Lega B assembly – the decision is a shock: “Indescribable business”. The Brescia company is not involved in the investigation
A hard blow for the president of Brescia Massimo Cellino. The Review Court accepted the request of the Public Prosecutor, ordering the maxi seizure of 59 million euros for alleged tax offenses. The judges accepted the thesis according to which the entrepreneur should be seized not only the amount not paid to the tax authorities, 700 thousand euros, but what, according to the investigators, would have passed through the trust abroad attributable to Cellino and through which he would have carried out his entrepreneurial activity in Italy. Fifty-five million plus his villa in Padenghe sul Garda. Although the investigation had been going on for a year and a half, for the president – present at the Lega B assembly – the decision of the Review Court is a shock: “An indescribable matter”.

To understand what the repercussions will be: Cellino has always distinguished this legal matter from the management of Brescia, which in fact has nothing to do with the investigation; at the same time, the blow is something that cannot leave indifferent those who are called to carry on a club that has returned from the playoffs and historically led to aim for Serie A, albeit as a regular in B.
