Tariffs from Dr. SIM so cheap only thanks to discount

With those of Dr. SIM tariffs are all-network flat rates that offer a choice of 10 GB, 20 GB or 30 GB of data volume for a period of 24 months. The prices are fair and start at 9.99 euros per month. Monthly tariffs

The information mentioned can be found transparently on the website of Dr. Find SIM. A closer look, however, reveals special features in the tariff conditions that you would not necessarily expect. The prices advertised by the provider are not fixed prices, but come about through a credit note. They usually cost 10 euros more per month. This is relevant in that Dr. SIM can easily raise the prices with the credit option. The fine print reads that the credit is granted permanently. Whether this refers to the term or the useful life remains open. The question remains why Dr. SIM simply marketed the tariffs permanently at a fixed price? We have asked the provider about this and will update the answer as soon as we have it.

If users want to find out more about the tariffs, they inevitably come across the klarmobil logo. The data sheets, the help pages, the information on roaming, etc. are all not under Dr. SIM, but can be found under klarmobil. If customers do not know how the two providers belong together, this can quickly become confusing. It’s also frustrating in some cases when Dr. SIM does not specifically comment on the roaming conditions outside the EU, but on the website klarmobil.de/service/preislisten refers. Because the tariffs of the new provider are not found here. Do customers now simply have to assume that the conditions that apply to klarmobil also apply to Dr. SIM be applied?

A similar problem arises when it comes to termination. Since July 1, 2022, websites have been required to provide customers with a clearly marked cancellation button. at Dr. SIM, this is difficult to reach. Users must click Help at the bottom of the webpage and will then be redirected to the Klarmobil help and service page. Here you will find the option “Cancellation”. The link hides the option to mark the cancellation request, but again under the Klarmobil logo. So here the question arises again: Can customers of Dr. SIM cancel your tariff here?

All in all, the tariffs are quite good, the new website of Dr. However, SIM is very unsatisfactory. Customers have to search for more detailed information and sometimes only find it under the Klarmobil umbrella. It is often not clear whether the conditions are one-to-one on Dr. SIM can be transferred. There is definitely room for improvement here.
