The Coen and Sander Show stopped last year as a daily program on Radio 538. Coen Swijnenberg started working for sister station Radio 10 and Sander Lantinga for colleagues from Radio Veronica. They stayed together on Friday Coen and Sander Show make on Radio 538. That construction no longer seemed certain, after it became known today Radio Veronica is sold at the Media House.
“The sale of Radio Veronica to the Mediahuis group has no influence on Sander’s program on Radio 538”, a spokesman for Talpa, on the other hand, says. Lantinga, on the other hand, is not so sure. He responds: ,,The best news is that the radio brand Veronica will continue to exist. What that means further is still unclear. I assume that there will be clarity about this soon.”
The listener does not seem to notice much of the sale anyway. The Mediahuis intends to take over Veronica’s staff, and the frequency will also remain the same.
