“On the issue of strike weapons, we are ready for dialogue. One of the articles of our agreement with NATO envisages refusal to deploy appropriate strike systems in regions from which it is possible to reach the territory of other participating states,” Grushko said. Meanwhile, Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev believes that meeting of the NATO-Russia Council passed in the genre “neither fish nor meat”.
