Talitha Muusse does not think that Glennis Grace is being punished too hard for her misbehavior in an Amsterdam branch of the Jumbo. “She did all kinds of things in that supermarket, didn’t she?!”
Glennis Grace has been canceled so often in recent months that her entire agenda now fits on a beer mat. Even good friend Fred van Leer dropped her hard. Logical, because many people are no longer waiting for Glennis. “She is being punished way too hard now, Glenda, isn’t she?” asks presenter René Watzema.
Talitha about Glennis
BNR presenter Talitha Muusse does not agree. “No not at all. Do you think so? She did everything in that supermarket, didn’t she?” she answers in the gossip talk show allure†
René: “Well, we don’t know that at all.”
Co-host Farja Farvardin: “Well, yes, we do know that there was some really good fighting in that supermarket. Look, we don’t know whether Glennis has done something.”
‘Waiting for the case’
According to Talitha, it is logical that Glennis is canceled until her lawsuit serves. “Has there been some sort of lawsuit about that? I would just wait for that trial to be over. I understand that until then, parties are thinking: well, we’ll just have to wait and see.”
René: “Does she have to skip her entire careers?”
Talitha: “No, of course not. I mean: you also have to have some kind of forgiveness for people in society. Anyone can make mistakes.”
Not for life
For now it is fine that Glennis is on the penalty bench for a while, Talitha thinks. “I think you should wait until there is a trial, then there will be a punishment and that is basically just the punishment for what you have done. I understand that parties – companies or sponsors – think until then: OK, then we will simply do nothing until the lawsuit has been completed.”
She continues: “Then after a while things will go back to normal of course. You don’t have to be canceled for life for a mistake.”
