Sywert van Lienden lashes out at Ton F. van Dijk, the journalist who caused a tipping point in public opinion about Johnny de Mol. He accuses him of having operated carelessly.
It was a tipping point for Johnny de Mol when in April 2022 the report of his ex-girlfriend Shima Kaes leaked through journalist Ton F. van Dijk. It was so detailed that some celebrities no longer wanted to join his talk show HLF8. He was therefore forced to stop presenting the program for the time being.
Criticism of Ton
Johnny’s name has now been cleared by the Public Prosecution Service and allies are shouting here and there that the presenter deserves an apology. One of them is John van den Heuvel, who maintains close ties with the Mol family. He blames Ton for allowing himself too much for Shima’s advisers.
“Now with retroactive effect you can say that the journalist in question – and that is not the least: Ton F. van Dijk, a renowned investigative journalist – has, of course, let himself be put to the test and did not do his job properly. That’s messy. Now he tweets what the verdict is, but of course the damage has been done.”
Sywert critical
Sywert van Lienden, opinion maker and mouth mask crook, now hands Ton a sneer. The journalist tweets about Gijs van Dijk, who resigned as a member of the House of Representatives of the PvdA in February after complaints about transgressive behaviour. The PvdA announced this week that the decision to exclude him from the group must be reversed.
Ton says about this: “A careless process that leads to a public reprimand, who is completely devastated as a result, also appears to be in violation of the PvdA’s code of conduct, so what conclusions do the board and faction draw with regard to their own functioning?”
‘Cough!’
A careless process that got someone publicly reprimanded? Sywert believes that Ton is also guilty of this. “*kuck* Johnny de Mol *cough*”, he tweeted viciously.
Many people do not understand why Sywert has returned as an opinion maker on Twitter. “Which button exactly is off in your braincase? You have been kicked out by society. Lock yourself up in your house and never let anyone hear from you again”, says one René.
