They have been sanctioned with a one-match suspension, exempt from compliance if they do not reoffend.

Randal Kolo Muani, Ousmane Dembélé, Achraf Hakimi and Layvin Kurzawa were punished with a suspension match -exempt from compliance if they do not reoffend- for having echoed offensive chants from the radical PSG fans after the victory against Olympique de Marseille (4-0) on September 24.

The disciplinary commission of the French Professional Football League (LFPF) took into account the players’ public apologieswho claimed to have been carried away by euphoria while they went to the back where the ultras of the Parc des Princes were.

In this way, those involved – three of them regular starters for Luis Enrique’s team (Dembélé, Hakimi and Kolo Muani) – will be able to play on October 21 against Strasbourg because the suspension decreed does not come into force, unless that a recidivism occurs.

In the same session, the disciplinary committee ruled on the homophobic chants of the PSG radicals against Olympique de Marseille and sanctioned the Parisian club with the closure of the Auteuil fund for one match (against Strasbourg on October 21, that stand will be empty) plus another match exempt from compliance.
