Critics suspect that Sylvie is so concerned with appearance that at a certain point it becomes unbearable for her dates.
Expensive restaurants
Now Sylvie has been put aside again by demolition millionaire Wim Beelen, while they were celebrating New Year’s Eve together in Dubai. Including his daughters. What happened? “I spoke to a number of people today who happened to be staying at that Royal Atlantis hotel at the same time,” reveals show expert Bart Ettekoven in Show news.
A room there starts at around 2,000 euros per night. “That was a very expensive holiday, but a holiday that at least opened Wim’s eyes. Sylvie doesn’t seem to have looked very happy. She likes going out, eating in expensive restaurants, dressing up, wearing beautiful dresses, taking pictures, going to a nice club.”

And what about Wim? “He saw it more as a kind of family vacation. His daughters were also with him. And that seems to have gone wrong. That’s where he really discovered: you are a completely different woman than the man I am, this just doesn’t belong to me.”
Sylvie found it really boring with Wim, according to Bart. “She really walked around in Dubai with a stormy face on her face. She wanted to go to those clubs and those expensive restaurants and he was like: let’s just have a nice gourmet meal.”
‘Good luck’
Wim has made the break public and is being quite cold about Sylvie. For example, he wishes her luck with the rest of her life. “That also tells me that they will no longer see or speak to each other,” says show expert Jordi Versteegden The Telegraph.
What does Jordi find most striking about this break-up? “He also said that he would ‘just stay Wim wal’. Then you also think: did Sylvie want to take you into a certain life? Did Sylvie want him to go on red carpets more often for her image and was he not interested in that?”
Better in a construction site than on the red carpet. And so we see Sylvie strolling on her own again for the time being…
