Switch on late for Max Verstappen: these are the times of the Mexican Grand Prix | Sport

As with the United States Grand Prix, racing enthusiasts will have to switch in late this weekend to see Max Verstappen in action. The Mexican Grand Prix also takes place in the Dutch evenings.

At the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, Verstappen gets the chance to write history. With a win, the Red Bull driver will bring his season total to fourteen and that would be an absolute record. He has been sharing that since Sunday with German racing legends Michael Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel.

The omens for Verstappen, who already secured his second world title at the beginning of this month, are favorable. He has won three of the last four editions of the Mexican Grand Prix. Only in 2019 he had to leave the victory to Lewis Hamilton, a year later the race was canceled due to the corona pandemic. In 2017, 2018 and last year, Verstappen was the fastest.
