A sad incident occurred off the coast of Knokke on Sunday evening. A swimmer climbed into a lifeboat and pushed a rescuer into the sea. After a chase, the police were able to arrest the man. “This is really unacceptable,” says an angry chief rescuer Dries Hautekiet. “We are going to file a complaint.”
