Swarovski: HR manager comes from Rimowa

Swarovski appoints Jérôme Dandrieux to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.

The designated human resources manager will also take on the newly created position of general manager, the Austrian crystal producer announced last week on the career network Linkedin. Dandrieux, who will take up his new role as human resources manager on November 15, will report directly to CEO Alexis Nasard.

“We are pleased to welcome Jérôme to Swarovski,” said Nasard. “He combines the business and people requirements of both functions, has demonstrated the ability to create suitable synergies and also brings good and highly relevant experience in the luxury industry.”

Dandrieux most recently gained experience in the luxury industry at the Cologne suitcase manufacturer Rimowa, which is part of the French luxury goods group LVMH. He has worked there since 2017, most recently as Managing Director for Germany and as Senior Vice President People, Synergies and Transformation. According to his Linkedin profile, he previously held various roles within the LVMH Group, including working as HR manager for the luxury brand Louis Vuitton.
