Suzan & Freek camp in the corner where the blows fall. After Gijs Groenteman’s suggestion that the two should start using coke, his wife Aaf Brandt Corstius now advises them to use crystal meth.
They asked for it and got one: their own documentary on Netflix. That cry for attention is now costing Suzan & Freek dear. It is especially annoying that they are furious in the documentary at a radio DJ who asks if they have an open relationship. They show the fragment for the first time, because it was never broadcast on the radio at their request.
crystal meth
Suzan & Freek can’t really do anything right anymore. They have come under heavy fire from some of the country’s most important gossip bosses and have also seen the TV duo Gijs Groenteman and Marcel van Roosmalen got over it. Gijs finds the singing couple so boring that he advises them a line of coke.
It now appears that his wife Aaf Brandt Corstius is also annoyed by the duo. She advises them in the Volkskrant even heavier means. “I have a soft spot for Suzan & Freek, but after an hour and a half of hearing that they were so ordinary, I wanted to scream at the TV if they could please go crystal meth for the record.”
Very normal
Aaf finds Suzan & Freek’s act that they have remained so ordinary a bit tiring. “They consider themselves very ordinary. That’s what they keep saying in that documentary.”
Suzan then says, for example, that she uses makeup from the Kruidvat and they continuously let it be known that they just live in the Achterhoek and will stay there. “However, they can enjoy their success. They celebrate by saying ‘fat’ a lot.”
Not nice
That Suzan & Freek are a somewhat complaining and boring bunch, doesn’t mean you have to bash them completely and smear all kinds of addictive substances on them, right?
Aaf: “That is of course strange. And not nice of me. But yeah. Another question: if you say all the time that you just stayed, did you just stay?”
