Three times Venla-awarded Grandmasterprogram has made a comeback. Jaakko Saariluoma will be seen as the grandmaster this season as usual, and as his right hand judge Pilvi Hämäläinen.
The regular contestants of the fourth season are Eija Vilpas, Fathi Ahmed, Pirjo Heikkilä and Kalle Lamberg.
Special tasks are solved in the Finnish summer in the milieu of the handsome “Grand Master’s Mansion”. In the first two seasons, the shooting location was the Kulosaari manor, which was mentioned both in the episodes and in the news related to the program.
In the fourth season, the reddish mansion idyll has changed to a handsome gray brick mansion. Where was the latest season of Suurmeister filmed?
– At Jollas’ manor. Each production season is planned as its own entity, and the manor plays a central role as the place where tasks are performed. Its changeability has also brought new angles to creative solutions for various tasks, says the producer in charge of the program Jasmi Kuusisto from MTV.

The third season, on the other hand, was filmed at the Stansvik manor.
Kuusisto says that the program still talks about Suurmestar’s mansion.
Although during the tasks, the interiors of the mansions and the courtyards have been the competitors’ playgrounds, Kuusisto is happy that they have been welcome to the shooting locations.

Kuusisto admits that although the shooting location is of great importance to the program, the contestants and their personalities are the most important thing in terms of the whole. He says he is satisfied with the program’s competitor coverage.
