The 45-year-old Mohamed Sabry Soliman, who wounded eight people in the American Boulder on Sunday afternoon with Molotov cocktails and an improvised flame thrower, has been sued for a hate crime. The Egyptian citizen was arrested shortly after the attack. Allegedly the man would have exceeded his visa. Twelve protesters were injured in the incident.
