Suspect in Dean murder case hears if he will be tried in our country

Dave De Kock, who is in jail in the Netherlands but whose surrender Belgium is asking for, will know for sure this afternoon whether he will be handed over to our country on suspicion of murder and kidnapping of Dean Verberckmoes. The International Legal Aid Chamber in Amsterdam will then decide on the surrender, and there is no appeal against this. De Kock has opposed the surrender and states that he can only be accused of negligence in the case.
