This morning, the federal police arrested four people as part of an investigation into a jihadist terrorist attack. The federal public prosecutor’s office confirmed this to our editors. This concerns three minors and one adult. The suspects are said to have discussed Islamic State (IS) and violent actions in conversations, sources close to the investigation report. One of those arrested is a 15-year-old teenager who recently moved to Ninove.
