A man was arrested Tuesday evening outside Buckingham Palace, the heart of the British monarchy in London. He allegedly threw shotgun cartridges over the fence onto the palace grounds, reports the BBC, among others. The suspect also had a knife and a bag with him. It was examined by the police and then exploded, the police said.
