Sushi restaurants in Japan face ‘sushi lickers’

Restaurateurs are concerned as stocks are falling and people are reluctant to come to dinner now that they don’t know if the food they are taking from the belt is fresh and untouched. The problem comes now that many restaurants have fewer staff and Japan is slowly releasing the corona rules. One of the larger chains now wants to hand out special chopsticks to distressed customers. Another chain goes further and has already replaced the passing sushi with pictures. Ultimately, they want to solve the problem with screens and cameras.
