Filling in the Prince Bernardhoeve site
The interpretation of the former Prins Bernardhoeve site in Zuidlaren has been keeping political Tynaarlo busy for almost ten years. The intention is that the front of the site will be filled in by supermarkets. Initially there was room for three locations, but the college is now investigating two locations. Next to the temporary building of the Albert Heijn, there must be space for the Jumbo, which will then move from the Stationsweg.
In addition, the municipality wants to invest in walking routes between the supermarkets on the PBH site and the rest of the village centre. This should make it attractive to visit the rest of the stores after shopping.
