Amsterdam – Let the customer determine the price in the supermarket. Is that a good idea? Consumer movement ‘Our Market’ makes do with eggs. Starting tomorrow, consumers will be able to vote via the Egg Price Guide about how sustainable and animal-friendly the eggs should be, and what additional price they are willing to pay. They are on the shelf in the fall. The poultry sector is sceptical.
