After reaching the Super Bowl, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce celebrate together on the lawn. It remains to be seen whether the scene can be repeated in Las Vegas.
For pop icon Taylor Swift, her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s entry into the Super Bowl means a lot of travel stress. The singer is scheduled to give a concert in Tokyo around 24 hours before the grand finale of the National Football League (NFL) in Las Vegas on February 11th – around 9,000 kilometers or eleven hours by plane.
But Swift probably doesn’t want to miss her loved one’s appearance with defending champion Kansas City Chiefs against the San Francisco 49ers. The NFL reported before the Chiefs entered the Super Bowl on Sunday against the favored Baltimore Ravens (17:10) that the 34-year-old wanted to be there for the final. Swift will arrive “just in time to celebrate,” it said.
Their presence would add even more excitement to the Super Bowl. Swift’s relationship with Kelce has already brought millions of new fans to American football. She was also there on Sunday and saw a touchdown from her personal hero. At the little party afterwards on the field, there were several kisses for Kelce in front of an audience of millions on the TV screens.
This was a key factor in Kansas’ victory. The tight end (34) caught eleven passes for 116 yards. In doing so, he moved past the previous record holder Jerry Rice in the “all-time” list of the best passes for the most passes caught in the so-called postseason.
At the post-game celebration, Swift didn’t leave his side for several minutes, even though Kelce was quoting the Beastie Boys, not his girlfriend, when he shouted, “You’ve got to fight for your right to party!”
