Dominik Paris returns to the super-G podium in Kvitfjell. In a sprint race, with the start lowered below the Russi jump due to fog, the Austrian Vincent Kriechmayr wins (1’09″23) ahead of his son Jeffrey Read (at 17/100). In third place, Paris and Marco Odermatt are tied at 19/100 behind. “I’ve been looking for a result in the super-G for a long time – Paris rejoices at the end on Rai microphones -. However, the skiing can be improved, I still made some mistakes down there.”
