Carson Wentz has never hidden his passion for hunting. The NFL player regularly posts pictures from his outdoor trips. However, his latest snapshot unleashed a wave of outrage.
Wentz, who is currently without a contract, is currently using his free time to go hunting for prey in the wilderness. Now he’s even managed to cross an important point off his personal “bucket list”.
“I had the opportunity to spot and track black bears in one of our new favorite places on earth – Alaska!” Wentz wrote on the Instagram account he shares with his brother Zach, beneath a photo of him behind a slain bear shows.
The quarterback, who won the Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018, was very proud of his trophy. “Incredible journey and an incredible animal,” he continued with his brother.

By the way, Carson Wentz did not make himself liable to prosecution by killing the black bear. In Alaska, the animals may be hunted as long as certain conditions are met. The footballer’s followers took sides with the animal on social media and expressed their displeasure in the comments.
“I hope that the bear wins next time and you lie down,” wrote one user and was by no means alone with his drastic expression. “Incredible animal, so you kill it? Makes sense,” one user questioned the logic behind the play caller’s words, for example.

“This is just horrible! I can’t believe you killed a bear for fun. Changed my whole view of you,” remarked one stunned user, while another shared the same opinion with the former rising star: “I’m glad the Eagles fired you.”
