There will be a moderate easterly wind on Sunday afternoon. As a result, it also gets quite warm on the North Sea beach with 23 to 25 degrees. It will also be about 25 degrees in Utrecht and Zwolle, Weeronline knows.
In Brabant and Limburg, the mercury can even rise to 27 or 28 degrees. It is the least warm on the north coast and on the Wadden Islands and the temperature remains around 20 degrees.

Because of the high temperatures, many Dutch people go outside. The first traffic jams towards the beaches are now forming. Chance of severe thunderstorms in the interior on Monday
Thunderstorms could be expected across the country on Monday. In the afternoon in particular, those in Gelderland, Overijssel and parts of Limburg, Brabant, Drenthe and Groningen can be tough, Weeronline reports.
In the morning a number of showers will move across the country from the southwest to the northeast. Rain falls mainly from this, but a thunderstorm is not excluded. Arriving in the east, the showers will be heavier. In addition to thunderstorms, there is also a chance of hail, gusts of wind and a lot of precipitation in a short time.
Between the showers the sun shines and the temperature in the interior rises to about 25 degrees. Towards the end of the afternoon the wind along the west coast increases to wind force 5 or 6. It also becomes slightly cooler everywhere, with 16 to 23 degrees.
The following days it will be warm, with a chance of tropical temperatures locally on Wednesday and Thursday. Inland, the 30 degrees can then be tapped. The chance of severe thunderstorms increases again from Wednesday evening. After Friday it will be considerably cooler and the chance of heavy showers will disappear.
