Summer warm to tropical days approaching: ‘But the air is unstable’

Warm weather enthusiasts can look forward to some summery warm to tropical days next week. Diana Woei of Weerplaza told this on Saturday morning in the radio program ‘Weekend’ on Omroep Brabant.

Diana thinks Wednesday will be the hottest day of the week. “With a temperature of 30 to 33 degrees and a lot of room for the sun. But the air is unstable, so I can’t rule out a single shower.”

According to her, this will also be the case on Monday. “Tuesday will be an almost dry day, but Thursday and Friday we will get a few showers again and then the temperature will drop again, only 20 to 23 degrees. It is a bit up and down with the weather.”

“Did you think it’s going to be a nice weekend? Then you’re wrong.”

This weekend is also variable. “If you looked outside early on Saturday morning, you probably thought: it will be a nice weekend. But then you are a bit wrong, because we are dealing with cloud fields that will slide over our area from England. The sun gets it in the During the afternoon from the west it becomes more difficult and then it becomes a bit more humid.”

It will be 25 or 26 degrees on Saturday afternoon. In the afternoon there will be a moderate wind from the west. Maybe force three.

Diana thinks there will only be a little sunshine in the far east of the province on Saturday evening. “It will also be mainly cloudy and there could be some light rain or drizzle from thicker clouds in the western parts of Brabant.”

“The sun is having a much harder time on Sunday than on Saturday.”

According to Diana, Sunday will be mostly gray and we should expect a little rain in the morning. “There are also a few showers here and there in the afternoon. In between there is a bit of sunshine now and then, but with temperatures of 20 to 24 degrees it is a bit less warm than Saturday. If the sun shines a little more often, then it might still be warm in the summer with 25 or 26 degrees, but the sun is having a much harder time on Sunday than on Saturday.”
