Summer storm Poly has subsided in the course of Wednesday evening, after a day full of stormy weather. The KNMI called out code red in the morning. From 12.30 p.m. in the provinces of North Holland, Flevoland, Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe and Overijssel code orange was due to heavy gusts of wind.
Just after 5:00 p.m., weather warnings were no longer in effect; since then code green applies everywhere.
