We made familiar suede pieces, but with a new icing that combines sweet and savory.
The easy-to-make chocolate-pepper icing is suitable not only for mocha pieces but also for icing and decorating other pastries, such as cupcakes.
The icing was divisive among Iltalehti’s editors.
