Succulent salmon temptation

Salmon temptation is one of the best box dishes.

Salmon temptation

about 1 kg of potatoes

600 g of salmon

1. Peel and chop the potatoes and onions. Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into cubes.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, heat the cream and cream cheese and season. Lift from the plate when the cream cheese has melted, cool slightly and add 1dl of milk and eggs.

3. Spread potatoes, salmon and onions in layers on the bottom of a greased pan. Pour the milk-cream cheese mixture over the pan.

4. Bake in a 175 degree oven for about an hour and a half.
