Successful mentoring program for career and personnel development

Thoughts create feelings, and these feelings influence how we act, she said. A journey of thought was followed by many tips on how to use the power of positive thoughts for your own success. Through positive experience of the goal, a positive pull is created that helps us to implement the imaginary goal state in reality.

Networking events and workshops on your career path

In addition to personal advice from an experienced mentor, the new mentees can look forward to interesting networking events with other mentees and various workshops on key skills in the coming year. In the workshops, the participants learned, for example, how to network strategically, expand personal contacts and gain insider knowledge.

At the beginning of my career, I didn’t know how important targeted networking wasshe says. I am the first woman in my family to have a college degree. I learned a lot from these conversations that I probably wouldn’t have learned until much later.
