The Le Champion office has a large warehouse and it is busy these days with many volunteers. In this way they pack many crates of what is needed for the Amsterdam Marathon. From tie wraps, vests, ponchos, stamping equipment, banners, information boards to toilet paper.
Last bits
“This is the beginning and end of the logistics process of all our sporting events,” says Menno Bakker. The logistics employee manages the volunteers in the warehouse and ensures that everything ends up in the right place in Amsterdam. “The last things are currently being packed and we are going to set everything up in Amsterdam.”
