Traffic is affected by an accident on the A28 near Beilen. An accident has happened in the direction of Assen, so the road is closed. Traffic is routed via the hard shoulder. Rijkswaterstaat expects this to last until about 9.15 am.
According to bystanders, several vehicles were involved in the incident. What exactly happened is not yet known.
