An intruder took all the time in June to strike in a student room in Tilburg. Half an hour after he entered through the balcony of the apartment on Sophiastraat, he left the house. With far from empty hands.

Investigation program Bureau Brabant announced on Monday that the still fugitive burglar has made off with a gigantic loot. He managed to steal money, keys, game consoles, controllers, cigarettes, wine and bags from, among others, the brand The North Face. After the burglary, he walked away with a backpack and a box full of stolen items.

The search program shows how the man crossed the center of Tilburg for quite a while on the night of 10 to 11 June with his light-colored men’s bicycle. The entire city center seems to be asleep as he drives over the Heuvel, the Heuvelstraat and then over the Heuvel again to finally reach his destination: a student residence on Sophiastraat.

The thief manages to reach a door of the apartment via the balcony, which, the police believe, is not properly closed. A hard lesson for the residents when it became clear that so much had been stolen.

That night, the suspect wore dark clothing and a cap, had glasses and carried a dark-colored backpack.
