Strongman Mika Törrö tried heptathlon

The strongman had a hard time on the athletics field.

A strongman’s best qualities don’t come out on the athletics field. At least if there is live weight Mika Törrön like 175 kilos.

However, Törrö bravely accepted the challenge and tried out the heptathlon events. A recording of the talk has been published on YouTube.

After the 100-meter hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200-meter run, long jump and javelin throw, the North Karelian mortar will compete in the 800-meter run in his final performance.

After crossing the finish line, Törrö collapses on his back to the ground to recover.

– Yes, it felt like, what the hell, this will never end. Calves and legs so on fire. This is what I was thinking, the man blows in a lying position.

Törrö, 43, has won a record five Finland’s strongest man titles. The last championship came last fall.
