Russia and Ukraine have exchanged prisoners of war for the first time in months. Hundreds of Ukrainians and Russians were released on Wednesday. It resulted in great emotional moments, as images of the exchange showed on Thursday. And on the faces of the men who have regained their freedom, the pain of months of captivity is clearly visible. Some have been detained for more than a year, under very difficult circumstances.
