Prices are rising just about everywhere, because traders and operators pass on some of the more expensive raw materials and products to the customer. But the restaurant Vanallier does just the opposite with a few interventions.

Until now, customers had the choice of four ‘side dishes’, the restaurant now limits that to one. “By reducing storage and loss of food, we can save a few percent,” they say.
